Yes. NTIPRIT is engaged in offering course/Training programmes to International participants. You may find details under International Engagements tab.

Which is the nearest airport to reach NTIPRIT?

Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi is the nearest airport which is 45 Km away. You can take taxi/cab to reach directly to NTIPRIT from the Airport.

Which is the nearest Metro station to NTIRPIT?

The nearest metro station to NTIPRIT on Red line is Shaheed Sthal New Bus Adda (5 Km Away) and on Blue line is Vaishali (15 Km away). One can avail Taxi/Auto- rickshaw service available outside the metro stations to reach NTIPRIT.

How to reach NTIPRIT through rail-route?
From New Delhi Railway Station:
  • Radio Taxi- The tariff of the radio taxi is fixed by the Government of Delhi.
  • Other Taxi and Auto-rickshaw service available outside the railway station.
  • You can take Metro train from New Delhi (change at Rajiv Chowk) to Vaishali, Ghaziabad. From Vaishali pre-paid Auto and local bus is available.
From H. Nizamuddin Railway Station:
  • Radio Taxi- The tariff of the radio taxi is fixed by the Government of Delhi.
  • Other Taxi and Auto-rickshaw service available outside the railway station.
  • By Auto-rickshaw one can go to Anand Vihar. From Anand Vihar, Private bus service is available upto NTI, ALT Centre (ALTTC, Ghaziabad).
From Ghaziabad Railway Station:
  • Radio Taxi- The tariff of the radio taxi is fixed by the Government of Delhi.
  • Other Taxi and Auto-rickshaw service available outside the railway station.
What are the facilities at NTIPRIT?

National Telecommunications Institute functions from Advanced Level Telecommunication Training Center, Ghaziabad. It is a self-contained campus full of life and amenities. It is spread over a lush green landscape of over 80 acres of land. Besides main building complex which houses the administrative offices, class rooms and laboratories, there are elaborate facilities like hostel for trainees, residential complex, shopping center, bank and post office etc.


What is the role of Policy Research (PR) division under NTIPRIT?

Scope of work assigned to this division includes activities such as assessment of the impact of telecom policy initiatives of the government, analysis of international scenarios in telecom domain for furnishing policy inputs to the government, round table discussions on topics of concern, writing study papers, white papers on contemporary themes as well as upcoming technologies etc.

How is PR unit collaborating with other organisations/ institutes?

NTIPRIT is open to sharing its knowledge and expertise with other organisations / Institutes within the framework of Govt of India. It is closely working with many central ministries, Govt Public Sector Units (PSUs), India Institute of Technology (IITs), Telecommunications Standards Development Society, India (TSDSI), Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), Telecom Service Providers (TSPs), Private Sectors etc.

I am a freelance researcher. How can I associate with NTIPRIT?

NTIPRIT is always willing to work with freelancers and to develop policy research papers on Emerging and issues of National importance. Interested freelancers may contact NTIPRIT in this regard.

Can private institutes collaborate with NTIPRIT on Policy Research projects?

Yes, private institutes are welcome to collaborate with NTIPRIT on Policy Research projects under the framework of Govt of India.

I am a student of MBA. How can I associate with policy research assignments of NTIPRIT?

NTIPRIT is always overwhelmed to welcome students and ready to guide them for developing their career in Policy Research field. Any interested students may contact us in this regard.

How to submit an article or a research paper to NTIPRIT?

You can submit your article to us through e-mail or mail address given on the portal. Selected articles will be included in the knowledge repository section of NTIPRIT portal. NTIPRIT may also host certain online/physical events to invite articles/papers on specific themes, providing presentation opportunity to selected contributors and release compilation of articles/papers acknowledging such contributors.

Does NTIPRIT fund external agencies/collaborating partners for Policy Research projects?

As of now, NTIPRIT does not fund external agencies/collaborating partners for policy research activities. Each collaborating member has to take care of its project component from own resources.

What are policy research works done by NTIPRIT in recent years?

During the year 2020-21, POLICY RESEARCH unit has released the following Policy Research/ Study papers on the issues of National Importance.
