National Telecommunications Institute functions from Advanced Level Telecommunication Training Center, Ghaziabad. It is a self-contained campus full of life and amenities. It is spread over a lush green landscape of over 80 acres of land. Besides main building complex which houses the administrative offices, class rooms and laboratories, there are elaborate facilities like hostel for trainees, residential complex, shopping center, bank and post office etc.
Scope of work assigned to this division includes activities such as assessment of the impact of telecom policy initiatives of the government, analysis of international scenarios in telecom domain for furnishing policy inputs to the government, round table discussions on topics of concern, writing study papers, white papers on contemporary themes as well as upcoming technologies etc.
NTIPRIT is open to sharing its knowledge and expertise with other organisations / Institutes within the framework of Govt of India. It is closely working with many central ministries, Govt Public Sector Units (PSUs), India Institute of Technology (IITs), Telecommunications Standards Development Society, India (TSDSI), Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), Telecom Service Providers (TSPs), Private Sectors etc.

Yes, private institutes are welcome to collaborate with NTIPRIT on Policy Research projects under the framework of Govt of India.

You can submit your article to us through e-mail or mail address given on the portal. Selected articles will be included in the knowledge repository section of NTIPRIT portal. NTIPRIT may also host certain online/physical events to invite articles/papers on specific themes, providing presentation opportunity to selected contributors and release compilation of articles/papers acknowledging such contributors.
As of now, NTIPRIT does not fund external agencies/collaborating partners for policy research activities. Each collaborating member has to take care of its project component from own resources.
