1.    The information running into four pages about details of TA advance released to ADETs was supplied.

2.    The claims are being settled as per provisions under the TA rules FRSR-II.

3.    Since the work of settlement of all pending TA claims of ADETs is under process, the list of pending cases cannot be prepared as of now.

4.    There is no such provision under the rule referred in the RTI application regarding time limit for adjustment of TA advances. Normally, TA advances submitted by the officers are adjusted within the prescribed time limit (if any) subject to justification of claim in all respect and availability of funds.

5.     The balance budget under head “ Domestic Travel expenses” up to 31-12-2013 is Rs. 5,75,044/- (approx.).

During and after the training period what facilities or provision are admissible to the officers. Kindly provide in details about the description of pay allowances and additional perks. Also provide the details about the admissible allowance and provision during and after the training period

During the training, the ITS probationers are being paid pay in pay band of Rs. 15600-39100/- with grade pay of Rs. 5400/-, Dearness Allowance (at applicable rate on basic pay + grade pay, presently 90%), House Rent Allowance if admissible and Transport Allowance. At present, during training at NTIPRIT, hostel accommodation (in lieu of HRA) is being provided. For field tour/field training/on-job training, trainees are paid travelling allowances i.e. TA/DA as admissible.

Pl provide the details of transfer TA claims submitted till dated by transferred repatriated officer as per list mentioned in S. No. 1 to DoT HQ, NTIPRIT, TEC & TERM cell along with name of officer, date of submission of claim, amount claimed, amount settled and date of payment and reason of non-payment of claim.

No transfer TA claim has been submitted by transferred repatriated officer as per list mentioned in S. No. 1 (order dated 16.5.2013 and 26.7.2013).

1.    If a person joins central government and applies for pay fixation and submit all documents required for pay fixation. How much is expected time that his pay is fixed.

2.    Who, in the NTIPRIT and TEC Department of Telecom, Ministry of Communications & IT, is responsible to put up case for pay fixation.

3.     Who is responsible to put up case for pay fixation ADETs of ITS-10 batch.

1.     No such guidelines are available in NTIPRIT, Ghaziabad in this regard.

2.    Pay fixation cases of officers of NTIPRIT, Ghaziabad are being dealt by TEC, New Delhi.

3.     Training cell of NTIPRIT, Ghaziabad is responsible for putting up cases of pay fixation of ADETs of ITS 2010 batch.

What were the criterias followed in deciding the posting of ADETs of ITS 2010 batch for on job field  training of 1 year in various units of DoT.

Three choices of stations were asked from the ITS-2010 probationers in reference to available stations and allocation of stations for on job field training was decided on the basis of UPSC rank

1.      All public authorities shall proactively disclose RTI applications and appeals received and their responses, on the websites maintained by public authorities with search facility based on key words.

2.      Ensure that websites’ disclosures are complete, easily accessible, Technology and platform neutral and in a form which conveys the desired Information in an effective and user-friendly manner.

3.      Orders of the public authority should be uploaded on the Website immediately after they have been issued.

4.      Websites should have detailed directory of key contacts, details of officials of the Public Authority.

5.      Information must be presented from a user's perspective, which may require re-arranging it, simplifying it etc.

6.      Every public authority must endeavour to integrate  the information mentioned in these sub-clauses while preparing voluntary disclosure materials.

7.      All government officers have to follow laid down Office procedure manual or the other rules which gives details of how representations, petitions and applications from citizens must be dealt with.

8.      The challenge is to present a simplified version of the decision-making procedure that is of interest to a common citizen.

9.      In the event of a public authority altering an existing decision-making process or adopting an entirely new process, such changes must be explained in simple language in order to enable people to easily understand the changes made.

1.   Training cell of NTIPRIT, Ghaziabad is responsible for putting up case for pay fixation of ITS probationers. Pay fixation cases of officers of NTIPRIT, GZB are being dealt by TEC, New Delhi.

2.   Four applications of ITS probationers are pending for pay fixation. The list was supplied.

3.   The copies of relevant note sheets were supplied.

4.   The contact no of ADG (Training) is 0120-2700223. His address is ADG (Training), NTIPRIT, 3rd Floor, Admn Block, ALTTC Campus, Ghaziabad-201002 (U. P.)

(C) Pl provide the RTI applications and RTI appeals pending as on 30.4.2014.

(D) Pl provide the date wise details as to the compliance of para 1.4 of DoPT OM No. 1/6/2011-IR dated 15.4.2013 read with section 4 of the RTI Act regarding pro-active disclosure of RTI applications and appeals received by your office and their reply/responses. In case no proactive disclosure has been made till date then intimate the total number of pages of RTI replies and appellate orders passed from January, 2014 till date. Pl also provide their copies free of charge as you have failed to make pro-active disclosure in violation to section 4 of RTI Act.

(E) Pl provide date wise list of the penalty imposed on the CPIO/Nodal CPIO/PIO or any other official of your organization/Department by CIC from 1.1.2007 till date of providing the information.
